With the kids stayin at home during the day all I ask is they have the house partially clean when I get home. It's been a battle and they have done it on and off. But today was a good day. I came home to this note on my bed. She's so sweet!

Today my friend Kathy copied me a school supply list. It's that time of year. This school year Ayden will be in the 1st grade and Mallorie in the big 7th grade.....which puts her at the high school. Boy am I alil nervous, happy and sad at the same time. On the other hand Im very excited that she will be playin school softball and basketball. My babies are growin up so fast!

Day 199 Sunday July 22, 2012

We had an amazing week but it's nice to be home. We were nothing but lazy today. Just couldn't seem to get motivated to do anything. I did get up and cook lunch and dinner and Mal and Brandon did go to the field to pitch and her catch fly balls. That's something. I did try to start on my lil project but I didn't get far. I'm tryin to put together all of our ticket stubs from over the years but my frame is not big enough. I need to get a bigger one then I'll get it done.

Day 198 Saturday July 21, 2012

Today is the last day of the tournament. First game at 8am, we won 8-0. Second game at 10am, we won 10-2. Next was Championship at 12:00.......we lost 4-6. There were tears shed but runner up is nothing for these girls to hang their heads about. They fought all the way thru the losers bracket to the championship game and left it all on the field. They played with passion, with heart and with love for the game. These girls placed 2nd out of 24 of the best of the best. We could not be more proud of these ladies and the entire Force family!

Day 197 Friday July 20, 2012

Eaarrrlllyyy morning......first game at 7:00am. They moved the games around because it has been so hot. We unfortunately had a few errors and lost the game 5-7. We then got put in the loser bracket and played again at 10:45 which we won 7-5. Then we played at 7:00 and 9:00pm which we won 2-0 and 7-3. Yay us!! We left the hotel at 5:30am and got back about 11:00pm. It was a very long but great day!!!

Day 196 Thursday July 19, 2012

Our first game today was not until 2:00 so we slept in and just relaxed this morning. We won that game 12-1 so that was all for today. We had to go find Mal some new cleats but after that we went and hung out with the family. I have an Aunt and Cousins that live right there so she decided to cook us dinner tonight. We had a good time eating and visiting. It was good to see them.

Day 195 Wednesday July 18, 2012

Day 2 pool play. We only have one game today at 12:30 which we won 4-3. Afterwards we decided to go to the new Sea Life Aquarium in Kansas City. It was pretty awesome! The kids loved it! We had a great day!

Day 194 Tuesday July 17, 2012

Day one of the world series! First game at 8:30, second at 12:00. We won both! First one 5-1, second 16-0. Then it was time for swimming!

Day 193 Monday July 16, 2012

We left for Kansas City this afternoon after I got my check headed to the Softball World Series. I'm so ready to watch these girls play Force ball. This is our hotel right across the street from where the Royals and Chiefs play.

The kids get to spend one day at home before we leave again. We planned in leaving today but none of the girls wanted to do any of the contests or opening ceremonies so why not save a nights hotel. So we decided to break in our new fire pit and roast marshmallows. We had a good time and they were yummy!

I went and finally used my gift certificate for my mani pedi. I Wanted something cute for the world series this next week so I went with Force blue. Turned out pretty cute. Can't wait for my kiddos to get home tonight!!!

Ok, this is what makes me mad. Takin my channels away. I really don't watch most of them but Nickelodeon I do. Every night I climb in bed and watch Friends at 10 and 10:30 or until I fall asleep. It's driving me crazy! Hurry and give me my channel back!!

Day 188 Wednesday July 11, 2012

We both had a busy day at work but we had yard work to do. I started to mow the backyard, got two strips done and it starts to pour big rain drops. Lasted about 15 minutes or so. Crazy! So then when I took the mower back out I couldnt get it started. Of course. So I waited till Brandon got home, and he started it right up....whatever. So he did the front, I did the back then we sprayed the backyard and seven dusted the dogs. Busy couple hours but it's now done and looks good.

Well our lives are kinda boring without the kids around lol. I had to take a couple photos from Mal and Bev just to have something. They are having a great time on vacation. Today we slept in because of our late night and kept it a lazy day. I did some laundry and cleaned alittle but not much. Mal's team decided to get in a tournament for this weekend last minute so we decided to go watch their games today. They played great but it was weird watching and Mal not playing. Oh well, it's still our team to cheer on ;)

Well our kids are still gone and it's time for date night. I found out a band Brandon loves, Whiskey Myers, will be at the Wormy Dog tonight so I had to get tickets. So we went and had dinner, walked around Bricktown, went to Bass Pro then headed to the bar. We had a great night! And I think I like Whiskey Myers alittle more myself ;)

It's not everyday you see a blimp in Chickasha America. It was just passing thru on its way to England and needed a place to spend the night. Crazy!

Today is Magic Mike day! All of us girls at work went to dinner and a movie tonight. We had a few drinks and a lot of laughs! I just love those girls!! The movie was pretty good but I think my hopes were too high lol. But I will always love Channing, Matthew and Joe!!

Happy 4th of July!! Thank You to all the men and women who have fought to keep our country free!! Our kids left early this morning with the family headed to Red River, NM.....my most favorite place in the world!! We had to pick vacation or softball this year but we didn't want the kids to miss our yearly trip. Vacation is today thru next Saturday and softball world series is the following week. Poo! Oh well, the things we do for our kids. This is the first year we haven't been with the kids on the 4th so we just watched the neighbors do their fireworks, and a block over and across town lol. We had a pretty good show.

Some people may have seen this already but I wanted to share it anyways. Mallorie posted this on facebook and it made me proud. She is such an amazing athlete but she always keeps her head in the right place. She hates to miss church for ball games but she knows where her heart is....in both places. Her love for the game and her love for God. We are blessed to have such an amazing daughter.

I know I've shared pics of our flower beds before but this is the one I built a couple summers ago. Now I think I'm gonna redo it. I need to expand the walkway on the ends and redo the stones. I haven't got motivated to do that yet. But the flowers look great!

We made it a half lazy day, half busy day. We ate breakfast, watched a couple movies then I got busy in Ayden's room. I cleaned out his dresser then his closet and got all of his toys situated. It looks soo much better! Then Brandon took me out to dinner, made a fast Walmart trip and called it a night.

Day 177 Saturday June 30, 2012

Not a lot today. Did some cleaning and laundry. Just took it easy and stayed cool. Ever since our dog Monster was shot about 4 yrs ago, he has been terrified of fireworks. For some reason this year has been really bad. The little ones scare him but the big ones really freak him out. He starts digging and breaking thru fence panels just to get out of the backyard. We have tried to barricade him in but he always seems to make his way thru. I feel so bad for him. But we have learned to let them in the garage and it's not as bad. We just keep the back door open so they can go in and out if they want. So ready for the 4th to be over. I tried to get a pic but they wouldn't hold still lol.
